David Lotzof

David is a managing director and a principal consultant at Lotzof Solutions. David specialises in designing and developing high impact data solutions whilst accommodating complex business constraints.
David has long-standing relationships and expertise in the ADF. Since 2011, David offered his expertise to the ADF in both civilian and reservist capacities.
In his uniform capacity, David lead the design and development of a scalable data framework known as Defence Capability Analysis Tool (DEFCAT). This project has evolved through multiple iterations and technologies that has culminated into a fully fledged analytics database with data pipelines.
Prior to Lotzof Solutions, David was a Data Scientist in Jacobs Engineering. David has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University and is pursuing his Masters of Data Science from UNSW.
